Midas-Xerxes began with software: building web and mobile products aimed at Nigerian users. As the work grew, it became clear that the same discipline — building things properly, shipping them honestly, and being accountable for what's actually live versus what's still in progress — applied just as well to healthcare and advisory work.
Rather than spin up separate companies for each, Midas-Xerxes Limited was registered as a single holding company, with each sector held to the same standard.
